Adds the Tow-truck Cap, Bullshifters Shirt and Mechanic’s coveralls Claudette can be clad in the same gear as Rochelle - a TV producer who had to change jobs as the zombie invasion came (from Left 4 Dead 2). Adds the Golden Rings, True Artists Shirt and Producer Jeans Jake can be turned into Francis - a hardened biker and a member of the ruthless biker club Hell’s Legion (from the original Left 4 Dead). All his perks kinda got indirectly nerfed into the ground so that’s unfortunate

Bill (and the Left 4 Dead cosmetics) are a great addition to DBD.
Bill's perks are really good and back then were even better.
