A port of Mortal Kombat
The SNES version of Mortal Kombat was censored due to Nintendo's policies on violence, removing a lot of what the game was known for in the Arcades and other ports (such as the Genesis version).

É um jogo divertido pra quem é acostumado (o que não é meu caso kk) creio que por conta das limitações ainda da época os personagens pareçam muitos lentos para mim, por isso tive muita dificuldade. Mas posso dizer com toda certeza que os meus melhores amigos nesse jogo foram o chute alto do Cage, o chute pra frente dele e o gancho.

Mortal Kombat is my fighting game of choice, unless you are one of those people who considers Smash a fighting game. Regardless, I enjoy Mortal Kombat games a fair amount. Going back to the original or its ports is definitely jarring as far as controls go, but you can get the hang pretty quick. I wouldn't call the early games easy, especially if you are playing the ports of Mortal Kombat II, which are borderline impossible. As for the first game, I only managed to beat it as Liu Kang, mainly 'cos the moves are easy to pull of as him with my Super Nintendo controller. It sets Liu Kang as my main as it were for Mortal Kombat games until the later ones when I branched out more. Anyway, the port is solid gameplay-wise, but it does kinda blow that there is so much censorship in this port. I would still pick the arcade original over it even if the censorship was not in place.

Eu nunca gostei muito de jogar Mortal Kombat. Sempre preferi assistir os outros jogando. O botão de defesa sempre me confundiu. Eu sempre defendia segurando pra trás (a la Street Fighter). MAS..... é um jogo obrigatório pra qualquer gamer. Mesmo para os que não gostam de jogos de luta.

The 1st entry, also the worst entry. Not a terrible game but a rough start to the MK franchise. The blood being removed from the SNES port is not a big deal but the fatalities were lame and there are simply not enough fighters.
Very close to the arcade game so the same criticism applies except no cheat code allowed re-enabling the blood and violence, so this adds up hypocrisy to the mix and makes it even worse.
