QuizUp is a mobile game developed by Iceland-based Plain Vanilla Games. The game is a mobile trivia app similar to the game Trivial Pursuit. QuizUp is a single-player game in which one user competes against another during seven rounds of timed multiple-choice questions of various topics. There are over 680 total categories of topics available to users to choose from and all the questions are voluntarily submitted by content contributors. Most categories are available in different languages.

I only remember playing the League of Legends Quiz.
played this in the very tail end of my mobile gaming days. catch me in the video game trivia section throwing hands against unsuspecting opponents. Though I do remember this being one of those "fastest answer wins" type of quiz games and I don't remember the question pools being that big so I would eventually learn to memorize the answers which was kinda boring. I'm not sure if this is even still available to be played these days, and if it is dead I have no idea what the best alternative is, but this was a fun mobile quiz game.
Where do I begin? QuizUp was the best trivia app out there. It was more than that. It had limitless communities and friendships. It was so easy to find people that liked the same stuff as you there. The world needs an app like this; it's my favorite version of social media that’s ever existed. Such a fun ride. I was glad to go down with the ship.
