Better than first one, but it still has logic problems.

Very enjoyable and more of the first one. This one has a storyline you certainly can't predict and it has that comedy to it too. :) If you enjoyed the first one you should definitely buy this right away, it's fun and awesome!

Edit: It's one of those certainties in these kinds of worlds with mystery and intrigue that even going on holiday after the stressful and crazy adventure where you met your significant other, you get pulled into a whole new mystery that puts your lives on the line once again!

Edit: This opening track is very addicting and I still love it! https://youtu.be/gJXmxRE1UOs?si=N-QSuC981dC2CUzP

I didn't like it as much as I liked the first Runaway, but it's still fun, and I'd argue the gameplay is more fun here than in the first game. Brian Basco is an insane character in this one and way different than how he was in the previous game.

Nani koke Lokelani, eh. Secuela al nivel de la 1a entrega. Buena y divertida de principio a fin.

After being somewhat disappointed by its predecessor, I have now also played through Runaway 2 - The Dream Of The Turtle. And I think it's the worst adventure game I've ever played. Whereas in the first part at least the story was somewhat cool and the puzzles were annoying because of that stupid gimmick that Brian doesn't use or take everything directly, it's even worse here. Runaway 2 builds on an annoying side character from the predecessor and everything that was said there as a joke for a puzzle they expanded into a sequel. The story is stupid, convoluted and terrible. And then the story is not even finished but ends with an unsatisfying cliffhanger. The puzzles are even worse than in the first part, which at some point made me actually open the walkthrough again and again. Otherwise, Brian doesn't pick up some objects that I know I need, but the game sets a trigger somewhere in another object or in a dialogue that I have to fulfil first. What nonsense. The only good things about the game are the beautifully designed areas. If only they had been filled with a real story and puzzles. Hands off.
