Ogasawara Hiroki was once an ordinary man, until numerous beautiful succubi fell for him in droves, and soon he obtained quite the harem! After narrowly escaping a lifetime of imprisonment in the succubus realm, Hiroki is ready to kick back and relax. Idol succubus Ayu invites him on a vacation to her private beach house in Okinawa, and Hiroki is happy to oblige. The other succubi come along for the ride, and a week of summertime fun begins. Join Hiroki as he breaks up vicious pillow fights, teaches social media queen Cosmos how to swim, and (begrudgingly) goes jogging with tennis athlete Hazel, all the while deepening his bonds with his adoring harem.

You play as Hiroki Ogasawara, a photographer, who is taking a proper vacation with his harem of adorable succubi. There isn't much of a story here. It's like a vacation special with lots of sex and fun ways to get to know all of the girls better.
Visuals
Sakura Succubus 4 is done in vibrant anime style. I really liked how it looked. Of course, there’s lots of big boobies, but they’re not overly exaggerated, which I appreciated. They all look like “real” busty women, not just walking knockers. We also get a bunch of new locations this time, since the group is on vacation for the entirety of the story. The girls also get some new casual outfits
I did get the 18+ patch for this one, so I was treated to some extra special visuals. Wink wink.
Sound Effects + Music
We actually get some new background music in Sakura Succubus 4. Which makes sense, since we're completely away from the main story. Although there was also the return of one track that I don't care for. The music does change with every location change, so you’re never hearing the same song for too long.
There’s no voice acting at all. Not even little one liners or sighs. It’s not a deal breaker for me, but I find it does take away from the experience a bit.
Gameplay + Controls
Sakura Succubus 4 is a visual novel with very few choices and no additional gameplay. It’s easy to read and get sucked into. Just press Enter and enjoy! Unlike the first game, the achievements aren't all automatic. You did need to choose the correct options, but it doesn't really change the story at all since there are no branching paths or multiple endings. You'll just get different conversations.
Replayability
Being a visual novel, Sakura Succubus 4 is replayable. Even though there are only a handful of choices, it’s fun to see how selecting something different changes the story. It’ll just be some changes in dialogue, since the story is the same all the way through. There's only one ending, but you do need to select the correct choices for some achievements.
Overall
Sakura Succubus 4 was a cute side story for Hiroki and his harem, but it did seem to drag toward the end. I feel like it would have been more enjoyable as a shorter story that just served as a quick way to get to know the girls better and have plenty of sexytimes.
