Ogasawara Hiroki was a normal man until he, by chance, learns that many members of Japan’s elite are actually succubi. And, what’s more, there’s something about his scent which makes them attracted to him. Now an encounter with a woman from his past can change everything. This woman introduces herself as Yue, the succubus queen. She intends to whisk Hiroki away to the succubus realm to keep him for her own. Trapped with Yue, Hiroki is faced with an ultimatum: will he succumb to her advances, or will he try to escape?

You play as Hiroki Ogasawara, a photographer. This picks up a couple weeks after the previous game, with things looking up for Hiroki at work. Not to mention, he also has five sexy girlfriends. But things seem to be going too well, which means something must be about to happen to shake up his world again. Like grabbing the attention of a very powerful succubus...

Visuals

Sakura Succubus 3 is done in vibrant anime style. I really liked how it looked. Of course, there’s lots of big boobies, but they’re not overly exaggerated, which I appreciated. They all look like “real” busty women, not just walking knockers. We also get a bunch of new locations this time, as Hiroki is taken to the succubus realm.

I did get the 18+ patch for this one, so I was treated to some extra special visuals. Wink wink.

Sound Effects + Music

There’s a nice variety of background music in Sakura Succubus 3. And it actually suits the story this time around, unlike the first game, but is all of the same tracks from the previous game. The music does change with every location change, so you’re never hearing the same song for too long.

There’s no voice acting at all. Not even little one liners or sighs. It’s not a deal breaker for me, but I find it does take away from the experience a bit.

Gameplay + Controls

Sakura Succubus 3 is a visual novel with very few choices and no additional gameplay. It’s easy to read and get sucked into. Just press Enter and enjoy! There are only two endings. Unlike the first game, the achievements aren't all automatic. You did need to choose the correct options, but it doesn't really change the story except for those endings.

Replayability

Being a visual novel, Sakura Succubus 3 is replayable. Even though there are only a handful of choices, it’s fun to see how selecting something different changes the story. It’ll just be some changes in dialogue, since the story is the same all the way through. There are two endings, but they only depend on your final choice, so just make a save, then choose the other option.

Overall

Sakura Succubus 3 was another fun entry in the series. It takes on a bit of a darker tone once the princess shows up, but I still enjoyed it and look forward to more of Hiroki and his harem.
