Cortito, puzzles curiosos y agradable.

Kudos to all the students who worked on this. Cute, fun, short, novel, funny. I liked the short little loop and the puzzle of it all.

What a nice surprise.

While it brands itself as a turn-based strategy game, Shiner works more like a puzzle game as you get more and more moves from other characters you defeat. The voice acting is great, a single playthrough is short, and the dialogue is warm, funny, and kind. A simple story of a little rabbit-lookin' character who gets beat up and challenges everyone they see, on a quest to finally challenge the bully who punched them just after hatching from an egg.

The opposite of love isn't hate, it's indifference. Personally, it fills my heart with tremendous joy every time I briefly think back on my school bullies, knowing how microscopic of an impact they've made on my adult life.

Pretty sure one of them went to jail for breaking into a house lmao get farted on fuckin loser

Succeeds at better dialog and combat than many of the turn-based RPGs I’ve played (here’s looking at you, Pokémon) and actually feels like both feature meaningful choices, despite the short runtime.
