Spank the Monkey is a game where the player needs to spank a monkey as possible with a hand in order to get a high amount of high miles per hour. The monkey is positioned on the left and the hand on the right. The player needs to click the hand and drag it to the left with a quick reflex to spank.

One of the most pointless games ever made, but it is satisfying.
The music for spanking at over 200 mph is one of the bops of all time. I swear I got it to 500+ one time though no you've gotta believe me I really did it!

Fun Obscure Take: this is one of the earliest examples of "emergent gameplay", where friends in computer class in jr high school were all discovering that moving the mouse outside of the window was a way to meta-game the logic of how the application worked.
