Eu realmente tomei susto com um jogo que dá pra contar os pixels na tela xD

muito criativo, jogo 100% brasileiro com uma mecanica bem inesperada vindo de um point and click.

cool story and nicely done atmosphere for how little its working with but the gameplay loop isnt really scratching my itch. kinda see myself dropping this, not because it's terrible but because im not really a big fan of horror games where you have to hide from a monster every once in a while.

This is a short indie low budget horror game that takes less than 2 hours to complete. The presentation is simplistic and interesting, featuring monochromatic scenes that resemble the graphics and art direction of old Macadventure games of the late 80s. Gameplay is set to point and click, moving between tiles and featuring puzzle solving by collecting items. Despite being very simple in its presentation, the game is fairly effective when it comes to horror elements by introducing sudden deaths and chase sequences that require the player to run and hide similarly to the Outlast games.

Cons for this game is the frequency and repetitiveness of the chase sequences which are abused later in the game, hindering the player progress; as well as the lack of detail for a lot of the 'squares' that comprise the Salazar house in the map. I wish more rooms and puzzles were added to extend the gameplay but overall this is worth checking out considering the low price point.

Unique. I'm really looking forward to more from this developer.

A solid little indie horror story, especially considering it's the first full release by its main (and almost sole) developer. I wish I'd played it in Spanish, though my skills are rusty enough that I don't know if I would have understood the full depth of the story that way.

Anyway, I definitely had some issues. There were some proofreading mistakes - not a lot of them, but sorta typical Spanish-Portuguese type mistakes like using the incorrect "in" or "on". Still, the vast majority of the script was plenty readable and had a good amount of emotion to it despite being translated seemingly by the original writer. Huge kudos to them for that.

That said, I think the way the game actually plays is generally inferior to the concept, writing, and presentation of things. It's basically a point and click with some extra steps, as you get Slender-style chased around occasionally by an NPC as you put out candles. I also found a couple of the puzzles were a little obtuse since some of the graphics made it tough to make out what items you could take. Some unusable objects could still be examined and seemed important, but weren't. Kinda odd.

As I said before, the non-gamey parts of things were the stars of the show here. The actual story is intriguing and the visuals are gorgeous for what it's trying to be, and the music is hauntingly pretty without getting too annoying (the short game runtime helps). This's the kinda game that I'd say is pretty much exactly worth the fiver you'd pay for it - a video game equivalent to a short indie film with all the pros and cons that'd have. I definitely hope the developer continues to work on more projects in the future, horror or otherwise.
