Ultimate Ghosts 'n Goblins is the first game in the series to employ 3D graphics, while maintaining much of the 2D gameplay mechanics of the earlier games. It also marks the return of the series' project head, Tokuro Fujiwara. The game still follows the classic scenario of the heroic knight Arthur battling with demons, but includes a large number of changes.

Not for me, but maybe for someone else

This game was developed by TOSE?!?! You know, the same one that made Legend of Starfy and FF VII Crisis Core remaster?

The game is fine, I don't like much just the unnecessary stuff they put to make it look more complex (talking about all the crap in the Inventory system) than what it actually is: a brutal hard action platform series (I hate the level with clouds with a passion).

Let me preface this by saying I've got no issue with UGnG's murderous difficulty. I'm a huge Souls fan and I like the other games in the series just fine.

My gripe is with the backtracking elements of the game. They feel poorly-implemented and tacked-on, as though they were publisher-mandated rather than part of the original vision.

I hear Goku Makaimura Kai fixes these problems, but sadly, it's Japan-only, so I've only got this one to go on. UGnG doesn't work at all in my books; its frustrating trial-and-error gameplay gels incredibly poorly with the constant need to backtrack through levels to collect everything.

It is a worthy sequel to a saga particularly appreciated and never forgotten by bar-cab lovers. A beautiful title, never frustrating, enhanced by graphics that give even more value to it and high gameplay. Satisfying longevity and a sound department with attention to every detail manage to give a new look to a timeless classic.
Noteworthy PSP releases are not that many, so a "pulled-together and polished" classic from the past that should not be missed for any reason in the world cannot go unnoticed. You will literally stay "in your underpants" in front of this highly entertaining episode of one of the most successful series made in Capcom.

Bem divertido pra o psp,nao é tão dificil quanto parece
