Wipeout Pulse is a racing game set in 2207, ten years after the events of Wipeout Pure. There are eight teams in Wipeout Pulse, with one ship available for each - although the player eventually gains the ability to change the appearance of their ships. Each ship has different characteristics; depending on the team chosen, its ship will vary in terms of handling, speed, acceleration and shield strength.

I like Wipeout games!! Music is great and I like how it needs you to be very precise with inputs, it really forces me to lock in. I really don’t understand the power ups tho, and probably never will.
I could never put my finger on what's wrong with the physics, but they seem tighter and lighter than Pure, which is why I don't enjoy this one as much as it. The track design quality is less consistent compared to Pure aswell. HD Fury is a much better way to experience Pulse.
