I really enjoy the ability to craft your own custom battle vehicle ala Mad Max style (albeit somewhere in Russia rather than Australia). You assemble them in a sort of Lego method with a variety of movement, weapon, cabin, and equipment parts.

Of course the downside to all of this is the amount of grind you have to do to access the amount of customization Crossout has to offer. I'm over 400 hours in and I still haven't obtained the highest tier of parts (other than the ones given through the battlepass).

Sadly this game is also sort of p2w since you can bypass the grind (to a certain degree) by purchasing packs to access higher tier stuff quicker. I wouldn't have that much of a problem with it if the packs weren't so ridiculously expensive.

Only buy the least expensive packs and the battlepasses (after you complete them) if you're willing to spend money on this game. Being an f2p for Crossout will be tough

If the grinding needed to progress through this game was significantly less, and the price of packs were reduced, I would honestly recommend it to others. The developers have a really good game on their hands, they just need to be less greedy with their monetization.

Course I'll continue to play this game ever so often cuz I'm already in too deep. LOL.
