I love Subway Surfers from the bottom of my heart. I love playing it every minute, every hour, every day. The only times I don't play it is when I use the bathroom (I use a jar so I can get back to it more quickly.), and when I have to eat.

Okay so like I got no.2 on the hungarian 2024 week 19 leaderboards after playing for only one day since like 8 years ago, does that count as beating the game? Anyways it sucks lol, it's designed in a nasty way that takes advantage of short attention spans and locks you in a feedback loop of hundreds of mini achievements you can achieve under one run, gets you addicted slowly and manipulates you into spending money on it, while also pushing ads in your face and rewarding you insanely heavily for watching them. Yes I just unironically wrote a review about Subway Surfers...

Imagine how different the landscape of short-form content would be without this game.
Very fun game. It is very enjoyable to compete with my friend to get a high score. After a while I become self aware of my addiction and stop playing for a while.

I've played this game so long that I got like 35 or so characters! art was beautiful, the way they show the cities as a subway are cute. and then I had to reset my phone so ALL the things I've achieved was gone! this must be the only BAD thing about it that it doesn't save your progress on 'Google Play Games' or fb account you linked it to. even the crappiest game can do that but not this.

i found this way more enjoyable than temple run purely because it doesn't have tilt controls
Most people had played this game in school, years ago. The game was not that great, but it was a nice pastime and much fun to set a better highscore than your former highscore or compare with your friends. Nowadays the game has (compared to the older versions) a really confusing menu (if you can say so) and not these nice and clean graphics like before.
I think it was a 3 - 3,5 stars game before; unfortunately, it is not more worth than 1 star now.
