This borders the line between a game and just a really cool simulator, but the fact that you have near-to-life accurate reproductions of vehicle physics and giant, sprawling, near-to-life accurate maps of existing locations (such as Moab, Utah) to just drive around in makes this a super cool experience.
There's lots of stuff to do in-game, as it offers a campaign along with scenarios and time-attack challenges, but I literally poured 10 hours into just exploring the maps and crashing in various ways THE DAY I BOUGHT IT. Strangely addicting. At some point I'll have to go and play through the campaign, and check out all the community created content and mods this offers.

Well made vehicle simulator.
Just picking a random car and driving around a big city is very relaxing.
My only problem is no native multiplayer support (as far as I know) and setting up a 3rd party one is incredibly tedious, (we still havent figured out how to set up a server) but I won't dock any points on that.

Title: BeamNG.drive
Genre: Driving Simulation
Graphics: 5/5
Music: N/A
Sound: 4.5/5
Strong Suits:
☠ Insanely realistic wrecks
☠ Great car customization
☠ Active and awesome community support (Mods)
Weak Points:
☠ Very little in the way of campaign/story mode
☠ Little to no interior customization
☠ No working radio/No Music
Comments:
So, lets get this out of the way first: BeamNG.drive (in its current state) is not a game, but a true blue driving sim. If you are looking for a "video game" driving game you will probably not enjoy this, but if you enjoy: driving simulations, cars in general, or wrecks, then you will probably like this game.
There are some short campaigns and some scenarios that do add some narrative, and the AI controls allows for endless possibilities with a little imagination. Driving feels great, and you can do all of it here, from Sunday cruising, rock crawling, destruction derbies, and classic racing BeamNG.drive has it all. My only real complaint here is that there is no in game radio. I would love some built in radio stations, or even a way to add my own music/internet radio into the game, it honestly feels missing. With that being said, as far as I am aware this is the most realistic driving sim currently available.
I highly recommend it.

a wonderful sandbox
the cars are all fun in their own ways, and driving feels smooth and fun.
crashes are more so fun than frustrating, and everything feels nice.
but this is a sandbox without a game. there's nothing to do, nothing to work towards, nothing to earn. you have everything at your fingertips.
if you want to progress and earn, this game gets boring fast.
gameplay gets a 4/5.

I first knew about this game around 2015 or 2016. It was known as the best crash simulator back then and still is now. Although the game admittedly has a lot more to offer.
My shitty PC couldn't even handle the absolute chad power that is this game when I attempted to download it back in the day (I could hear my GPU screaming for help). Even when I upgraded to a gaming laptop, the game is still the nightmare for all my computer hardware components (and hence why it didn't get a five star).
Saying the game is fun would be a huge understatement. How could anyone get tired of watching cars with soft body physics crash into each other? If you haven't, try it yourself! It will surely change your life for the better by unleashing all your suppressed desire for violence!
Aside from crashing, however, the driving component of the game is also extremely engaging. All the races and challenges are super fun. The driving in this game, though more challenging compared to most racing games, is just implemented so well that I am willing to spend tons of hours enjoying it.
If you haven't yet, play this game now! Just make sure your PC is up for the task before doing it though.
