When compared to other expansions, The Isle of Armor is almost insulting due to the very clear amount of little work put into it, especially considering the asking price. So far, it's my least favorite release of the year. Extremely disappointed.
Pretty fun, but I definitely liked the characters and the mechanics more than the story or the random stuff they put in. Finding Digletts isn't exactly high on my list of priorities here.

Adds a decent amount of post-game content and QoL updates to the base game. The new wild area is a definite improvement over the one in the base game, and gives more incentive to explore it. Other than that it's just more SWSH, which is pretty good.

This is not perfect, and man is it short, but it gives enough of a glimpse into how the base game could’ve been that it makes you mad that it isnt. The characters are more expressive, Pokemon can follow you, the music is better. Of course the graphics largely arent great, the slow down when youre online is real bad, fuck Max Raids,and the Diglett thing starts off sorta fun but finishing it is annoying, and the story content is real short.

unlike the crown tundra i dont think this is an improvement at all really, its kind of just fucking boring. literally the only thing i enjoyed was the new characters, klara/avery and mustard are all pretty funny and have better characterization than most of the characters in the base game. not a fan of kubfu and urshifu, and again like the crown tundra's open area, its not at all up to standard of what it should be, just a slight improvement of the empty and ugly base game's wild area. oh also the clothes they added were nice at least, but yeah this kinda just exists.
Much like the base game, it was just all right. Seeing more Pokémon return was cool, and the open-world area the DLC is set in was a big improvement on the base game's Wild Area, but it still lacked a lot of the charm old Pokémon content had. The new legendary Urshifu was very cool, but it bugged me to have to grind for candies to level the Kubfu up to progress with the story. Not much to say about this one but it was passable.
I really can't tell if this was an improvement over the base game or not because my brain has gone soft after the hours of diglett hunting.
im not one of those classic pokemon fans i havent been in this series very long but i really love how open everything is. fuck routes fuck all that nonsense everything just connects here and its so fun to explore. i love pokemon as just a big wilderness. so fun

Not enough content with too MANY fetch quests, confusing map and to this day I don't know where shit is cause there is no point in leaving the Dojo after the 1 hour "story".
Urshifu is cool but makes no sense, overall bad DLC besides it making ease of access to certain things

honestly it was okay, nothing special but klara is cute so that gives it a pass
(Klara & Honey alone give this DLC an extra half a star)

Better wild area and Urshifu's a cool dude as well as Mustard but there isn't a whole lot with this DLCs. This should have came with the game at launch.
GameFreak should have done DLC's sooner. Signed, an USUM fan.
