When I was a young kid and I first played this game I was baffled at how complicated the controls were compared to other fighting games. Once you get that punches and kicks depend not just on the button you press but also the direction of the joystick, it gets clearer. Still quite clunky and probably not really worth revisiting. It had nice animations for its time though.
