My favourite bomberman. Played this a lot with whoever was near with a DS.
It's one of those games that made full use of the sharing games tool on the DS, and it was great.

Weird they packaged the battle mode as a standalone game.

The adventure mode is fine, though nothing special, but the multiplayer is what this game is really for. Great variety in stages and modes, and support for up to 8 players on a single copy!

5 star memories of playing this multiplayer in 7th grade with a bunch of kids who had their DS and one kid who had the game. Very fun party game.

There's not much to this game, since it's basically just battle mode from other Bomberman games, but hey, if that's your jam, they have it here.

Absolute classic bomberman, it feels like every generation they would put all this extra stuff and the battle mode is just something you have to 'get to', this was easily pick up and play and just amazing for what it was.

Conserva la esencia de los Bomberman originales, con su modo historia y su modo multijugador. Pero no es, ni de lejos, el mejor Bomberman que hay. Flojea frente a otros títulos como Bomberman 3 para SNES.

the main mode is alright, the idea of being able to hold onto powerups and use them later is cool. i kinda got bored halfway through though and spammed invincibility explosions until i beat the game. battle mode with up to 8 people with only one game card is amazing, everyone say thank you to the hudson soft gods

Multiplayer's as good as ever and single-card play with up to 8 people is amazing. I have really great memories of playing this in car trips with my brothers and cousins.

Arcade mode's good too.
