Boots Quest DX demonstrates that literally every game is better with the inclusion of a Jump button.

Genuinely great.

This is my kind of game. Lighthearted, simple and goofy objective, short to complete, charming art direction, a strong sense of humor, ends with a reflective message.

Bless this little game and other games like it.

Pretty sure the only reason I wishlisted Boots Quest DX in the first place is because Jay Tholen, creator of Hypnospace Outlaw, one of my favorite gaming experiences ever, either posted about or shared it on twitter. I can count on one hand the genuinely good things about twitter. Boots Quest DX can have my pinky then.

Sad little swaggy little boot loving boy. Just super jumping everywhere and glitching through reality. Hats > Boots though don't even @ me.
