You get exactly what it says on the tin. If I bought this game for $10 when it was released and played with friends, I probably would have had a decent enough time. A resounding financial success for Tamsoft, because this game looks like it was made for $500 USD including the manufacturing costs.

Definitely not bad. Just disappointing there isn't a more active spin mechanic, I don't really like the timing = accuracy solution.

These A1/Agetec game titles were often pretty simple, but made the games well enough to be fun. Bowling is definitely one of their better titles, and captures the feeling of being at the bowling alley. Pretty basic, though, and it ends just really being Bowling on PlayStation.

It was the first game I ever technically owned myself, nothing will take away the nostalgia and the ineffable feeling of an unknown beginning that came with it.
