I have tried to get into this game, like for the last 10 years. And never understand it enough, to be like "yeah this is my village". The character design and the overall aesthetic of the game is fantastic. Just the gameplay loop isn't my type.
I met this guy named krutish who kept calling me a n-word in the clan chat and exploited his co-leader status to bully and oppress me like a goblin and tbh i didnt really appreciate that

It's very rare for a piece of media, particularly a video game, to insult me. So if there's one that does, you should know it's a particularly awful outlier.
Clash of Clans is a video game that insults me on a personal level. Its only purpose is to lure players in with the promise of a good time, then bore them to death in the hopes of milking every last drop from their wallets. It's dull, it's repetitive, its few good ideas are done infinitely better in other games, and it helped ruin the mobile gaming landscape.
Genuinely, fuck this game. The only reason it gets more than a half star is because it can be fun for about an hour. Otherwise, it is a completely worthless piece of shit and a stain on the gaming industry.

É incrível como esse jogo faz você trabalhar a sua paciência e controle financeiro, a não ser que tu seja rico e saia gemando tudo.
Eu passei 80% da minha infância nesse jogo e fiz muitos amigos quando ele estava em seu pico. De lá pra cá não sei o que piorou mais, o jogo ou minha vida.

Es el único juego de móvil que me ha durado todos estos años, y aún así sigo siendo th13. Es entretenido para un rato y más ahora que con pociones y demás puedes atacar muchas veces sin esperar una semana a tu ejército. Lo "malo" del juego es la cantidad de tiempo que hay que esperar para que se mejores las cosas, pero también es su sistema da negocio porque así la gente paga para acelerar el proceso.
Demasiado fácil ponerse adicto a esto y fue justo lo que me pasó, ya no lo juego pero lo he jugado muchísimo.
Fun game, easy to get addicted. Marking this as complete because I had multiple accounts at TH10 when that was the max TH. I think after maxing TH13 I don't want to spend the time it would take to continue the game. For me, my clash of clans days are complete

Was fun to wreck other clans but every time I'd get on, my fortress was crushed. Expensive to repair and I'm not spending real money to fix it.
Clash of Clans struggles to find a balance between keeping legacy players engaged and giving new player a chance to reach that point. The main weakness is the upgrade timers - reaching endgame takes years of upgrades, and by the time you're halfway there another Town Hall level with a years worth of upgrades will have rolled out to keep the already maxed players playing. This makes endgame unobtainable for new players without a very significant money or time investment. As another reviewer pointed out, this 'wait to play' model is unsatisfying and I can't justify spending any more time on this game.

Certamente Clash of Clans hoje em dia, não chega ao que já foi em seu auge, jogar Clash of Clans naquela época era um sentimento de quem viveu sabe oq é.
Com todo respeito ao que já foi está grande obra, Clash of Clans merece tal nota.
