it has nice art but this game is very clearly old outdated and kind of just really fucking expensive. the amount of paid saint quartz banners would make EA look generous. played this game for years, it had a bunch of nice stories, but it is not worth it. just open gelbooru and look at fgo art or just find archives of the story online lol

also this might just be a me thing, but i don't mind being behind a few months behind the JP ver, but 2 years is awfully excessive. that's just me though; and more as a note than anything

O jogo que foi por muito tempo a maior fonte de informação para comunidade de nasuverse, acresentando ao world build e trazendo visões e arcos de personagens extremamente interessantes com muitos personagens diversos e apesar de várias adaptações de figuras históricas questionáveis ainda sim, personagens extremamente carismáticos e com temas pra discussão e ate mesmo um gameplay por turno q sabe se desafiador e divertido.

It's good to see familiar faces or new characters from the Fate series or other Type-Moon series in the many stories and events this game has but man this game has a lot of flaws.
I play this game on & off since 2021 and there is 3 things that I don't like about it :
- My biggest issue is the Story mode because its a freaking chore to get through.
Between the tons of useless turn based fights against random mobs you will be doing for hours and the VN cutscenes that overstay their welcome (the ones that are there just to announce ennemies are coming or the really long ones in particular). You will be bored beyond beliefs before finishing one chapter.
I heard the Lostbelt arcs have great stories. Too bad I gave up to get to it because of how bad & long the pacing of those chapters are.
- The gacha element of this game is certainly one of the most unfair I have seen in this type of games. You can stock Saint Quartz for a year and drop it on a character banner you want and not get him. It's that bad lol.
- The International ver. is two years behind the Japanese ver..
This mean that Japan has all the cool events & characters in advance while the rest of the World gets the same events from +2 years ago being reused 80% of the time.
I don't know it's 2024, I thought this kind of delay was a thing of the 90's lmao.
Anyway, it can be a pretty fun game especially during some events that are really fun or when you manage to drop the waifu you want lol. However, the gameplay is so boring most of the time that you will certainly drop that game from your phone not long after.

As a game, it must be said that it is very complete. Interesting story, charismatic characters, they have created several characters/designs that have been used for other installments, series, characters from other sagas that have become popular and known thanks to the game...

However, it is a gacha and as such it is very bad because it lacks basic features of current gachas: no auto, skip tickets, pity system that is impossible to fulfill (throw 900 to a single banner which is equivalent to 2700 gems that you can't achieve even saving a year).

If you are a fan of fate you will enjoy it, but you will suffer a lot. You can spend years trying to bring out your favorite character and still not bring him out.

Como juego hay que decir que está muy completo. Historia interesante, personajes carismáticos, se han creado varios personajes/diseños que luego han usado para otras entregas, series, personajes de otras sagas que se han vuelto popular y conocidos gracias al juego...

Si eres fan de fate lo vas a disfrutar, eso sí vas a sufrir y mucho. Puedes estar años para intentar sacar a tu personaje favorito y aún así no sacarlo.

I'm still in the process of playing FGO, I've yet to experience the peak that is the LBs so I won't so much except that yeah.....the first chapters (up until about Camelot) are pretty weak icl. While they do sometimes setup things for later that's not immediate value and value you'll only be seeing dozens to potentially hundreds of hours down the line, my biggest issue is ofc the literal like 2 year wait global has it makes waiting for things a little unbearable but tbf since FGO barely gives you pulls they do kinda need that amount of time other than that I mean cmon.....it's fate peak story for the most part after you hit LBs which are like 80% of the story and has all the nasuverse characters out there it's quite fantastic if you can stick around long enough

This game is so damn frustrating the story gets to a point where it's consistently really great especially the lostbelts arc but holy shit the game itself sucks ass. Ugliest UI, crappiest gameplay, outdated in every single way you could think of. It's genuinely so annoying because the story is there now it overcame the bad start it's great now but everything else is so far behind. I don't even feel motivated to ever open the app again they need to change something desperately because as it stands this is a horrible game. Like I'm glad this makes them enough money to fund better stuff but I wish experiencing incredible stories like LB6 wasn't such a pain in the ass like that is one of the best things I've read but my god actually playing the game sucked so bad. I am BEGGING them to please just change the look of the game a bit add something fresh do literally ANYTHING other than shitting out a forgettable character or lame ass event (summer 8 innocent) because I have no motivation to get back into it even though a new chapter is dropping soon.

My first gacha game is certainly....an experience. The gacha itself makes 1 star deducted already, so I'll talk about something interesting:

The story in the first act? Genuinely awful. It gets good at the 6th story, peaks at the 2nd arc's 6th story, and then it becomes boring.
As for the gameplay, it ironically feels more fun when there weren't these things called '3t' and stuff that incentivizes newer units to mostly centralize themselves over farming grinds. As for the grind itself, it's probably the worst, most time-consuming I've experienced. No skip tickets, no autos, nothing. It could be chopped up to old engine, but that's an explanation, not a justification.

And yeah, my love for this game has fallen out alot. The one good thing it had, the story, was also getting stale now as well so why bother?
