It's the typical game that was released for Wii because its controls were fashionable.

Story without more, you lose the opportunity to create your race as in other games in the series, gameplay that consists of shaking the controller.

I occassionally revisit this one since its not a very lengthy game to play for the story and play around in the areas for some of the weird ass minigames. It's a very charming action adventure game with a very B plot styled storyline, a cozy little open world setting to play around with earning medals for clearing dozens of odd achievements, awesome music and a fun combat system, despite being a bit clunky at times.

A few plot thread were even left hanging for a potential sequel, though its too bad the game flopped so hard after all its anticipation during its delayed development that it never happened, with more polish this gameplay formula could've turned into something amazing.

You can throw any random NPC off of any building. What more do you need?

I think this game was unforcantely forgotten for the final fantasy series. It's a nice action adventure game if you are not looking for anything intaully in your face RPG like main like FF or a multiplayer centric game like Chronicles.

While I havent played anything else in this series, I believe this game is a cool standout game that I lump with the experimental side series like Last Story. It was a pretty fun time to play with the physics, making everyone or the enemys explode.
Plus this is one of the few times quick time events didn't bug me. Its strange at first how you can skip leveling or getting items, but I like the freedom it gives for people to play the game in different ways their one time or for multiple runs. One of the only complants I'll give is I was you could have trigger Maisma yourself at some point to make getting health easier.

Other than that it had an exciting story reminding me of some older FF games while making something new!! Strangely this was one of the finals fantasy games that didn't stretch on forever, which was refreshing. I still love that in FF though.

I want nothing to do with Belle though, she makes me angry. Although it balanced out by another awesome Non-binary character with Amidatelion, they just came out of no where as a fun character to see on screen be methodical and bring a different pace to half way through the game. I felt every main character got their moment to do something.

Also as a last thing the game looks pretty for its time & had some of the best animation I've seen on Wii! It's pretty beautiful how the game gives you subtle expressions without directly speaking their mind.

I really loved a good bit of this game.
If you want to play something small, please give this a try, it was fun streaming!~ c:

I remember it being kind of cool when I was 10 but I also do not remember anything about the actual story and gameplay. I do remember being able to throw random people though, that shit was funny

Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles - The Crystal Bearers is a quirky, unique action-adventure title set within the Crystal Chronicles universe. You play as Layle, a telekinetic "Crystal Bearer", capable of grabbing objects and enemies with your mind, flinging them around for combat and puzzle-solving. While the controls can be imprecise and the story lacks depth, there's wacky charm in the game's humor, offbeat mini-games, and the open-ended structure that encourages experimentation over traditional RPG mechanics. It's a niche title, but those who enjoy its off-the-wall gameplay will find a surprisingly fun experience.

Cool ideas and interesting mechanics. Considering it's something a little out of the comfort zone from Square Enix and exclusively for Wii you gotta admit it was a very daring interesting move.

Weird to think that this one is one of the few CC games single-player only.

This is an alright game.
Soundtrack is different from your usual FF but it's nice.
Character wise it's a bit all over the place, protagonist is ok, side cast is nice, the villain is literally one of the best designs ever like holy shit.
Just wish this wasn't too dependent on the Wii motion controls cuz half the time they are unneeded to progress due to exploits on fucking D-pad XD
