this game just hits different after a long day

Technically, I didn't "fully" finish the game because I didn't flip all the houses, but...I beat all the main missions, fuck it I'm giving myself this one.

Game can be addicting, but it definitely wears out its welcome a bit fast. I think I'll stick to PowerWash Simulator.

Love this house builder game best one out

Doing menial tasks is so mesmerizing, especially with the music... <3

I blame Jerma for my hundreds of hours in this game

Something about this game scratches an itch. I cannot explain it any more than that. You gotta be doing something else while you're playing though

I haven't finished the game (even if I had been enjoying my time with it) but I do kind of want to give everyone a buyer beware in the event that anyone wants to buy the physical version. I do like my physical editions, so I did, indeed, buy physical!

I'm not entirely sure why this is the case, but it does not seem like if you buy the base physical version, you cannot actually buy the DLC on the Switch eShop. Like, if you buy the DLC it will not be compatible with the game that's actually on the cart. I think it might be because the physical edition of the game and the digital version have different publishers? I did a little recon and saw that this had happened to other people, as well, even if it was a little hard to find.

So uhhh yeah. Weird shit. I think there are physical versions that DO include the DLC, at least. But I would like to do my part to keep anyone from making my House Flipper mistake. I ended up selling the cart and buying the digital version later.

Super fun, relaxing game. Great to play while listening to podcasts or something.

I asked my dad if I could renovate the house he was selling after I played this and was shocked when he said no.

Who needs therapy when you have this game

It gets some things right but there are so many little irritating problems that it ends up being death by a thousand cuts. The last straw for me was when I had to move furniture to fix an outlet and then couldn't move it back because the fixed outlet was now somehow blocking it.

It's amazing on how this game makes “cleaning up things” is so much fun

weirdly this is my comfort game

Bought it for my girlfriend but got addicted to it myself.

ideia básica e execução mediana, o jogo é entediante em alguns aspectos

can i get my architectural degree now

Fun but title lied, couldn't flip the house over

Everything about this game is fun except for painting, so it loses a star.

Not a perfect game by any means but the perfect game when you want to enter that zen state of turning brain off and accomplishing tasks.

House Flipper was born in an era of games where the gameplay was supposed to be slow and tedious. Things such as cleaning, and painting being painfully slow were a trend in simulation games.

The game also has a toxic business model, having a limited main game, with many DLCs to add, very much like The Sims.

But even with these downsides House Flipper is a fun game you can get lost in for hours. For a lot of people decorating their sims house was the fun part, and that is the same for House Flipper.

From what I've seen House Flipper 2 is a massive upgrade over this one, so I don't think I can recommend this game anymore. However, it's a somewhat fun and relaxing experience.
