Really enjoyed this, I didn't know what to expect in terms of the storyline, but they delivered. Was even kinda creepy at times. I'm impressed how much can be done with graphics considering the limitations of that engine.

The gameplay itself was cut off by some margin, most of it consist of just walking and interacting with objects. In different type of game it would be a bad thing, but in this case it makes sense, because in this type of game the story is the main focus, gameplay is just a bonus, at least that's how I feel about it. I would still enjoy it even if the game didn't had any gameplay and had to watch it like a movie. Actually the whole game feels more like a movie that you interact with rather than tradicional game, but that's definitely not a bad thing here.

Sountrack is obviously really good, but it's just less memorable than in previous games.
Developers say that you don't have to play two previous games to enjoy this one, but I would highly recommend to finish them in order, it will make your overall expierience with the game much better and enhance it greatly, it's really worth it.
Can't wait for next title from Freebird Games.

Also, RICEBOT and l o n g c a t

LYNRI WATTS AND QUINCY WATTS !!!!!!!!!!

The weakest of the trilogy, still a great story

The most confusing of the trilogy for sure, and the ending feels like overcompensation for the much more tragic story displayed here, but highs of this game are a sight to behold and the pacing is still great so I can mostly ignore the flaws.

Strange project from Freebird. It attempts an emotional and heartfelt story like the previous titles, but its structure being mostly comedy/mystery for 75% of the game before entering an "emotional" infodump really sours the experience.
The soundtrack is still as good as ever though and that's enough

El primero (To The Moon), era cercano, tontorrón y con historia emotiva típica.

Freebird Games really never fails to disappoint.

These games are made in such a way that despite the pixelated art style and at times basically being a visual novel that you walk through, they consistently succeed at hitting heavy punches and making the characters feel more alive than I would expect. Even just subtle things like characters readjusting their seated position between lines go a long way to build immersion and help combat the feeling that you're just reading a screen.

The main reason I've given this entry a 4/5 is hard to talk about, because the game works hard to subvert expectations in a way that I expect is quite unlikely to see coming. So in the vaguest way possible, I'll just say that the first hour had me excited to play one type of game/story, but within a couple of hours it became clear that what I thought I was in for, was not the case. This isn't a bad thing, and what I got was still fantastic, but it's a shame that my excitement for the former being left hanging resulted in me taking longer to really get into the reality -- or more accurately, I was somewhat distracted throughout a lot of the game, wondering how the opening was relevant or necessary to what was unfolding.

Perhaps I would've preferred if they'd stuck to the formula a bit more, but I appreciate them trying new things and as above they still delivered on what they did very well :)

Overall this was a delight, all the same charm and emotion you'd expect from these devs. If you've played the others definitely give this a try, just be sure to play the games in release order as while not directly connected there are absolutely some callbacks in this that will be lost on you

P.S. You don't need me to tell you but the music is superb, as always 😌

Sálganse de backloggd.com, quiero estar solo.

Just like To the Moon and Finding Paradise before it, Impostor Factory is a great game. The narrative covers the whole spectrum of emotions for the most part and it often will make you think about moments that have happened in your own life and the decisions you have made. Freebird Games knows how to tell a story. This is an easy recommend but be sure you have played To the Moon and Finding Paradise first. In that exact order.

quase me fez querer ter filhos (graças a Deus só quase)

Looks like there's an impostor among us

(Please laugh)

goes insanely hard, definitely check it out if you liked to the moon and finding paradise

bu yaşadığım en iyi deneyimlerden biriydi....

i'd say that playing to the moon or/and finding paradise is def a prerequisite to properly enjoy this one because its a sort of prequel sequel

anw did not like how it was introduced to be a horror comedy but switched to the usual angst progression... but i guess the theme is expected to be considering its a freebird game

Maybe not as good as the previous two. It’s still good though.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHH WHERE IS THE NEXT GAME

Me trying to make up spoilers for this game: The Neil and Eva sex scene lasts 20 minutes
Zonic, immediately: Neil could never last 20 minutes
