Once I saw Bofur in his dumbass hat, I immediately remembered how much I hate these movies and how little I want to spend in this version of The Hobbit.
Also the game is incomplete and only has the first 2 movies. Play the far superior LEGO LOTR game, instead, which is both charming and feature complete.

Growing up on LEGO games I've always had fond memories of this title, yet recently I went back to replay it. I was surprised by how monotonous the gameplay was with a heavy emphasis on constantly listening to dialogue that characters just yapped on and on about. With no skip options for dialogue, 100%'ing the game felt much more like a chore than actually exploring and completing the game.

LEGO The Hobbit offers a lighthearted and humorous retelling of the first two Hobbit films with the familiar LEGO charm. Players explore iconic Middle-earth locations, solve simple puzzles, and smash their way through environments as beloved characters. However, the game suffers from technical issues, a somewhat repetitive format, and an oversimplified approach compared to other LEGO titles. While enjoyable for younger players and fans of the Hobbit movies, it lacks the depth and lasting replayability of some of the best LEGO adaptations.
While not having all three movies in the game being an absolute disaster and a sin worth mentioning again and again this is still an absolute delight to play, the controls and gimmicks of the game are incredibly fun and while the movies were something to be wanting more of in polishing the lego game itself truly makes it memorable to play through the first Hobbit movie.
A superior game to "LEGO The Lord of the Rings".
Not quite as good as the Lord of the Rings entry, especially because they only covered part of the Hobbit story and then were supposed to add the rest later but never did.
Lego the hobbit is truly one of the lego games of all time. the combats fine, the levels are fine, the characters selection are fine and the open world is fine. What sucks is that it's the ONLY lego game that is not completed. its completley missing the battle of the five armies movie making the game feel incomplete. The game is fine but the lack of a DLC really ways it down.

What can you say about this game? She amazed me! Since this is the first Lego game I have completed and I have nothing to compare it with. But I can say that it is worth your time and brings great emotions.

Que jogo INCRÍVEL!! Simplesmente uma adaptação muito bem feita dos 2 filmes de hobbit (infelizmente não fizeram do 3° filme), muito divertido e diversificado as fases, além de terem um ótimo game design e muito bem adaptado para seu tema principal. Ele acaba sendo diferente no seu mapa (estilo Idade Média) e seus jeitos de conseguir um Red Block, o que acaba deixando esse jogo único e lindo. Não comecei a jogar o Lego Senhor dos aneis ainda, mas acredito ter a mesma pegada que esse jogo, o que me faz ter mais vontade ainda de jogar.
