Very good for a Game Boy game. Better than most other Power Rangers titles from the 90s. And the VHS was on repeat for me as a kid.
If you're a fan of Power Rangers, this is the game to go with. Fantastic 2D side scroller pixel art beat & up game, true to the series with a lot of bosses you know from the show and the original soundtrack that makes you bang your head the second the title screen comes up.
You can choose any of the original characters and after half the level when you collected enough power ups, you can morph into your Ranger form. It's super fun, and weirdly enough everything the Power Rangers The Movie game on SNES wasn't. It's more similar to the normal MMPR game on SNES, but on Game Boy, the "The Movie" game is the real show stealer.
