i played too many good rpgmakers so far and needed something like this to humble myself a little. picked for the nostalgia for seeing charon's wacky little bitches on tumblr all the time.
this is better than mix ore bc its like it actually wants you to care abt the girl, even if the results of that sympathy are very silly. honestly it's not that terrible esp if you're in the mood for something quick and just will be what you expect it to be w/ little else to surprise you, and i guess i was in that mood. kinda on the same level as conan room where i cant be mad bc im not bored but hard to care more than that

this is the ""yandere"" trope to a tee but I feel like when Charon's writing was just trying to be sincere and take its characters seriously while still maintaining their dry humor, it worked best for them. It may seem linear but this is frankly one of their better works to me. There's a low bar perhaps, but it's one of the better ones.
i had a rpgmaker horror phase and gotta say cannot recommend having one yourself

meu segundo favorito da charon!! eu adoro o jeito como o mistério meio mirai nikki da silva se desenrola, mas depois que tu descobre o fim, é surpreendente de primeira mas não é muito interessante ao jogar de novo, a não ser que seu cérebro tenha sido lavado.

Charon's very first game was definitely their weakest. It's too linear and the story is pretty much the Yandere trope to a tee.
