A bad action platform game with awful framerate.

A fun little arcade game, but not much else. Not too hard, not too easy, just the right amount of difficulty. Feels kinda weird for a game of this era tbh. The graphics and themeing is quite charming at least.

Fun game, but a bit too easy. Once you know to kill each of the enemies, its a walk in the park. Love the music.

To be honest, This game is pretty much forgettable. Jumps between floor, eliminate enemies with shurikens until the stage is cleared and that's about it. I have really nothing else to say about it.

Played on Nintendo Switch.

A cute little game that I really enjoyed for my short playtime of it. The fluidity of the jumps work quite well since it's programmed for you to always make the gaps (within reason), which provides a more relaxing and less frustrating experience when compared to the other NES games on NSO.

This game does border on being too easy to the point where I just didn't see a point in continuing after a certain point since it felt like I mastered the game very quickly. Very simple, but it works for a short session every now and then.

I'm giving it 3 stars, but it is bordering on 2.5.

Switch Online game. Likely would never have heard of this if not for that. But it's solid enough for what it is. Super easy once you realize everything gets stunned by jumps. Also a bit repetitive, but I feel like it's not an experience meant for anything but super casual play. It's certainly better than some of the garbage touching the NES Online library, but it's not going to turn any heads. 3/6

Pretty fun arcade game with some pretty simple mechanics and great presentation, unfortunately runs a bit slow but it's surely playable. I think it's worth playing if you've already exhausted most of the Famicom/NES's library.

A platformer with the same basic concept from Mario Bros. but expanded with additional ways of dispatching the enemies.

It's kinda just a worse Mario Bros. You kill all the enemies to move on and they just push you around and you also have shurikens.

Another 8-bit abomination. The gameplay is incredibly dull.

I'm not even a Spanish speaker and I keep pronouncing it "hahamaru"

It’s okay. I like the vibe but not the gameplay

Cute little game! Checked it out through the NSO library. Can be a little bullshitty with the AI suddenly getting pissed off and spamming projectiles, and sometimes doing nothing at all.
After a while levels just repeat so, as soon as you see the pink Tofu guy show up, you can pretty much consider it beaten.

I'll have the main theme stuck in my had for a while lmao

I liked this one better than the mountain climbing one, you ride a frog that devours your enemies as a power-up.

I was more invested in finding out the name of this game then actually playing it
