Version Pokémon de Tetris Attack/Panel de Pon, qui se trouve être extrêmement prenant par son gameplay immédiat et tactique, ainsi que son univers sonore incroyable.

Playing this after Pokémon Puzzle Challenge... What a let down

It's Panel de Pon with a Pokemon skin. Your enjoyment of this game will depend on how much you like playing this kind of puzzle game. I don't mind it. It's not up there with Tetris and Puyo Puyo to me, but I can still have a good time with it.

Had me dreaming of colored tiles for weeks.

A fun, addictive puzzle game with Pokemon theme for the kids! Worth a play if you want a solid puzzler and you're feeling nostalgic

This game is so fucking funny to me and I dont know why.

people saying this is hard are rly bad at panel de pon. this is like, by a large margin, the easiest panel de pon. that being said, its still quirky and has a large variety of gameplay modes - the renders ripped straight from the anime have aged poorly and have verrryy jagged outlines, but its fun on a crt!

Panel de Pon with a Pokemon coat of paint, which despite being based on the anime weirdly follows the plot of Red and Blue better than said anime did

Can see why people get addicted to these games. I done three runs through the Stadium mode and didn't wanna put the controller down throughout. Puzzles really aren't my thing but this was pretty fun.

The incredibly fun and addicting gameplay of Panel De Pon but with a Pokémon skin over it… so it’s better.

Fantastic move to redpill unsuspecting people into being panel de pon players by disguising it as a pokemon game, this game bangs. The 4kids dub ass vibes this game gives off are incredible and the gameplay is panel de pon, one of the best puzzle games you can get on this planet we live on. Playing as Blaine taught me that when I'm hot, I'm hot and I cannot thank him enough for that wisdom

There is less lag on this game than Tetris Attack, and also a bigger window to extend combos after clearing blocks (by a few frames). Therefore, it is very good.

This is the best puzzle game at being a fighting game. Agonizing wars of attrition, planning needing to be compensated by resource management - it does not compare to Tetris, because it does not want to be Tetris. It does not want to be infinite. It simply wants you to be better. You CAN be better. And when you're better the man will say "When you're hot you're hot" while playing a MIDI piano version of a power ballad from a 4Kids album from the early 2000's. And is that not the peak of human existence?

if you like this game you are an sadist

Really well designed fun game with a hilarious opening cutscene that tickles me in the nostalgia bone, but also taught me I'm sadly just really bad at Puzzle Games and Tetris/Puyo like ones and can't seem to figure them out for the life of me. :(

My best friend and I played this game on a whim one day and had a blast. Neither of us had played Panel de Pon before, so we were on equal footing and slowly learning how to play better. It's become a mainstay anytime we meet up now. We love making fun of the voice lines.

There's a lot more to this game than just the PvP, but I don't find Panel de Pon fun enough to actively go after it.

"AWW POOR BABY"

My brain is literally too small for this game and I hate it

Bro I got fucking bodied by gary oak on hard mode. That man fucking cheats. Just slapping my shit with a 10x10 square of pain to my side of the board.

Man enough to admit I only beat it on easy and normal.

Great tetris game, extremly addicting and the music is fantastic.
Beating the game on harder difficulties is very satisfying

No soy mucho de jugar juegos de puzzles, pero este resulta ser uno de los mejores spin off de Pokémon (mi saga favorita) pero por su naturaleza resulta ser muy dejado de lado.

Gameplay: Simple and SUPER FUN
Music: Nice remixes!
Replayable? YES!
Streamed? Yes

Extra Notes? I need more puzzle league games in my life, this one has a very nostalgic pokémon skin on top plus great modes to play solo.

Pokémon has been plastered over every sort of thing you can think of, so of course an already existing puzzle game - Panel De Pon - got the treatment.

Half a decade later and although some things have been added, such as a 3D version, the game is still the same and in fact I would say that although this version is more “content complete” it's a little worse.

I would normally not "mark down" due to a Pokémon skin, even based off of the anime. I have nostalgia for it. I enjoyed the short intro and laughed when I beat Tracey in 14 seconds because I always thought he was crap.
It's just as a skin it comes across a little cheap.

This is probably due to the technology, using existing art from the cartoons makes sense but the quality is low and for me doesn't stand up to the beautiful pixel art Panel De Pon had.

The campaign is as simple as you'd expect in a puzzle game but again feels less than the game it's copying.
I finished Normal and Hard, so maybe I missed on the really cool stuff like Misty with a machine gun in Very Hard, but I doubt it.

It's a shame that it's so half baked, the panels can either look like the classic ones or Pokémon themed but where some are 'types' like water, fire, grass, there is also "circle"... could they really not have thought of something else?

I would have also liked that picking your Pokémon could actually affect the match up. A bonus for matching your types panels maybe?

Overall, this is fine. It's good even because it's Panel De Pon but I find almost no reason to recommend it over just playing the classic outside of if you are truly Poké-pilled, high on them Ash-fumes and then maybe the skin will be worth it.

I only clicked on the game to remind me what it was exactly and then completed it twice though, so if you want to gauge how addictive it can be then there's a clue.

This game is really fun and I'm really good at it. Love the voice acting and like 5 second anime cutscenes. I don't understand how Pokemon have anything to do with puzzles or if it's your Pokemon doing the puzzle or if it's Ash but I can overlook this plot hole. Also I'm like almost positive choosing your Pokemon does absolutely nothing but I don't wanna google it to confirm.
