RELEASE A THIRD RIVAL SCHOOLS, CAPCOM, YOU PUSSIES.

Me gusta mucho la idea de las tercias y el juego en equipo de este juego, y sus visuales son espectaculares.

PD: HOLA HELLNAN! :MayHi:

Street Fighter X MVC X Tekken

While the gameplay itself doesn’t really feel like it has a crazy amount of depth, I’m honestly okay with that. The game has enough mechanics to keep me interested. The game really shines in its artstyle and flashy gameplay. Edayan’s artwork gives a lot of personality to each of the characters. Each design really does tell a story. Undoubtedly one of my favorite Capcom fighters and would kill for another game in the series.

Slow version of the first one.

Although I feel like there's not many options on the defensive side, I love it so much. It's so nostalgic, I need this series to come back.

Honestly one of Capcom's best fighters. It's incredibly fun and has such great characters and mechanics. This game and Rival Schools as a whole really need more recognition.

its crazy how this is the 2nd best 3d fighter

Bachillerato de artes marciales, la gente llorando por las arcades como se pasa el sensei

I really wonder how a third game would've been like considering how really fun and underrated this one is imo.

(This is part of a series of party game reviews for party games that I messed around with alongside a good friend in a weekend. I'm writing them with time inbetween each review to avoid flooding so I can still have friends after this.)

I don't feel like I'm qualified enough at fighting games to give this an accurate score, but I can definitely see the appeal behind Project Justice. It's one of the most stylized fighting games of its time, with a pretty colorful cast and tons of wacky team attacks and special attacks and an art style that still holds up pretty well today alongside a banging soundtrack. The story mode is just pick your favorite cast of characters in a batshit high school story that somehow justifies the need to beat up other high schoolers... perfect. The combos are pretty easy to pick up, and the solid dodge and parry mechanics allow for a lot of creativity via quick thinking defense. Definitely giving this another go with friends when they're over during the summer, this was a blast.

possibly my favorite 3d fighter ever (so far). simple, beginner-friendly controls that can easily turn into combos with just a little practice. rewards perfectly timed parries with instant moves out of them. easily the best story mode i've ever played in a fighting game. i legitimately only have good things to say about this one. play it if you haven't

Oh man, Project Justice. One of the greatest fighting games I personally have ever played. It has charm around every corner, in all the character designs, the movesets, the stages..this game has it all. Project Justice is the sequel to the lesser known Rival Schools, a Capcom game released in arcades in 1997, and later PS1 in 1998. It features vastly improved visuals, more characters, special attacks, and a full blown story, one for each "school". Mechanically, this game feels amazing to play. Snappy dodges, alpha counters, and team attacks are everywhere, never feeling like you're helpless in any situation. Interrupting your character being team attacked by sending out your own teammate to do some damage never gets old. It's fast and crazy and chaotic, just like how I like my games. There's no get-out-of-jail-free cards here, no combo breakers, but the ability to prevent yourself from being damaged is everywhere, and always comes with its own risks. Stylish as hell combos and high flying air combos add to the chaotic nature of the title, always able to make even beginners feel great. Variety is key in the roster, every archetype seems to be covered. Moe girls, hot-headed protagonists, and edgelords are all in there. Topped off with a great soundtrack to beat up the rival schools to, makes for a great experience with friends, or even jamming on story mode yourself.

The game still feels really fun to play but in all honestly I really liked the charm of how the first game looked on the PS1. That's not to say this game doesn't look good tho

The gameplay is improved upon the first because some characters that i felt were kinda janky in the first now feel much better, like Roberto and Roy, my complaints are about the double specials still being a bit repetitive, and they also repeated the thing when a male is paired with a female and it's still useless, the triple special is a good addition, but they could work in different ways depending on which character you're controlling is activating. Even with this, it's really really good and probably has my favorite aesthetic from the fighting games i've played, alongside SFIII 3rd Strike, the thing just looks really stylish in everything

Itsuno needs to do more fighters.

me, after hearing how good Rival Schools is for years and always dismissing it DAMN, none of you ever told me Rival Schools is this fucking good!!

No idea how ANYONE can play this game with a Dreamcast controller! Doing the special moves proved to be such a pain alongside the brutal difficulty spike even on the default settings. Regardless, Project Justice can be a fun game, though personally I prefer the original. Aesthetically vibe with everything that game over this one, but it's not a bad choice for Dreamcast fighters.

this game is pretty awesome. 3d fighters aren't very much my jam but this game's actually a lot of fun

This game rules. One of the characters is a photographer for her high school's newspaper who attacks by blinding people with her camera's flash. Every character can punch people thirty feet up into the air and start doing air combos. There are separate throws for if you're standing or crouching, and crouching throws will always land if you're in range. This game's like if Marvel Vs Capcom had 3D fighting game sidestepping and you never had to play as your assist characters if you didn't want to. This is a great game to bring to your local fighting game events because it's hilarious but also has enough to it that you can take it seriously as a fighting game.

I LOATHE tekken for stagnating 3d fighting games, We will never get project justice, fuc, hinokakera or super dbz ever again.

Everything about this game is so tragic, some of capcom's best characters will never see the light of day again (Why akira instead of fucking batsu in sfv???), there's some balancing issues and shitty system mechanics (The tag team shit is absolutely useless when your only supers are level one and do amazing damage) and as I said before the greatest tragedy is the death of the 3d anime game.

Play this game and then go play fuc and then if you're a real motherfucker get the fuck on hinokakera.

Porradaria desenfreada da boa.

Peak Capcom's SOUL. Every character is memorable.

Burning the JPN version for Dreamcast back in the day got me into import gaming

Capcom needs to bring this shit back man it would be unrivaled

So fun it hurts, and the setting of the game is really creative

3D fighters with guard buttons do nothing for me really
