Grew up on THUG, but PS has a purity to it

unfun to play without the nostalgia and requires perma online on steam

Dude, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1+2 was such a nostalgia bomb! The levels are exactly as I remember, the soundtrack is a banger, and landing those perfect combos just feels awesome. They added a few new features, but the core gameplay is still that classic arcade skating goodness. Maybe I'm wearing rose-tinted glasses, but if you loved the originals, you seriously can't go wrong with this remake.

One of the best remakes ever, it's still so sad we'll never get a THPS 3+4.

I NEED MORE OF THIS MY GOD WHY CAN'T WE HAVE MORE, PLEASE ACTIVISION I'M BEGGING YOU, WHY DID YOU CANCEL 3+4 WHY!

Nunca tinha jogado os originais, então demorei um pouco pra pegar a manha, mas depois que consegui aprender um cadinho ficou bem divertido

How did they fuck up the remaster this bad? It feels totally different

MTGGA: Make Tony Hawk Games Great Again.

breaks my heart we won't get 3+4

So here I am
Doing everything I can
Holding on to what I am
Pretending I'm a superman!

A fantastic remake of two fantastic games. I grew up with 4 but I have played the first two as well. This remake takes the style of the 90s and 00s and gives it modern polish. The soundtrack is amazing, the returning tracks are as good as ever and the new tracks fit the style very well.

Was a really good Tony Hawk game. I do not really play skating games at all but i gave this a try and i really enjoyed it

I do not have a great deal of interest in remakes for the most part. Undoubtedly it's difficult not to play them nowadays as it seems every third release is a remake in one sense or another. Yet, as reinventions of once compelling titles go, this is very good.

The nostalgic hit of youthful memories is provided adequately without resting too much on the laurels of simply putting on a new skin. The gameplay and dynamism of Tony Hawk's original campaigns are recaptured and updated with enough contemporary additions to make the fun feel fresh and exciting.

I am not entirely sure I had any great desire to actually revisit Tony Hawk's Pro Skater but the time I spent with this reimagining was enjoyable and worthwhile. It also reminded me that far too few games just give you simple high score goals anymore - there's a freedom to it that remains captivating.

This game is never getting that THPS3 DLC, huh

skate e charlie brown jr, precisa de mais alguma coisa?

The fact THPS 3+4 was planned hurts my soul to the core

The fact that they don’t make one of these a year is a gd crime.

Sometimes I'm playing with my kids and the sudden thought of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 being canceled just kills the mood.

I'm really REALLY bad at these games (always been more of an SSX dude) but they really nailed the vibe of the era with this one.

I love these games a lot, but i REALLY wish it never dropped with those stupid "online only" restrictions

There's a million reasons to hate activision, but gutting the team that made this so we never get a sequel is number 1 for me

Fantastic remake! I really like the inclusion of more skaters and newer music. However playing as Nishimura Aori (or other street skaters) shows how much THPS1 relies on vert.

Playing THPS on a modern platform and with a Brazilian rock band was almost like a childhood dream coming true, but I lacked the skills to complete game and eventually just shelved it.

This game kicks so much ass and is easily my favorite Tony Hawk game. While it is missing the ridiculous stories in classic games like THUG1&2 and THAW, this is the Tony Hawk I can't stop myself from coming back to. Theres so many challenges it always feels like I have something to work towards, and everything just controls so smoothly it's hard for me not want to hop on for an hour when I'm bored. That's not even touching on things like custom levels and multiplayer which I've had a lot of fun messing around with. Peak TH.

Activision might be the only company that screwed up a remake so bad the first time and took almost another decade to finally fix it. With another $60 price tag, of course.

Also using the source code of the older games 15 years prior.
