Honestly, I didn't play this one all that much. It never caught my attention and I think I would've preferred a game where you have to escape the daycare like in the movie, from what I remember there was none of that in the game.
The toybox mode sounded cool and it was the whole reason I even wanted the game in the first place, but eh, it never quite clicked me the way I was expecting. Still a solid game, just not my thing I guess.

I went through all the locations, the graphics are excellent for its time, especially the mission in space, very beautiful, in some places the fps even dropped on the xbox), unfortunately the missions themselves in the first location on the ranch are not very good, they are boring and in many ways it is not clear exactly what they want from you , they are poorly explained in the mission description, but despite this, itâs quite suitable for a one-time playthrough.
Positives:
-This is one of the games that taught me english because I kept asking what everything meant to finish the missions. When I couldn't unlock some areas I convinced myself they don't exist and sometimes had dreams about opening them.
-There are fantasy levels for the buzz videogame, and the scenes where bonnie is playing.
-The normal story missions are all unique. Puzzle mission, minigame mission, stealth, time based. It's really fun.
-The toy box is the reason this game is good. Huge map, you build your town, do sidequests, and get ads for unlockable stuff.
Negatives:
-in the toy box at some points random events start happening and they suck. Stressful for no reason. You can ignore them but then come back and your town is just stone people and worms.
-For some reason no mr and mrs potatohead in the game.

Instead of taking the "play through the events of the movie" route that 95% of licensed video games used to take, Toy Story 3 instead says "hey what if you just got to play around in Andy's imagination the way he plays with his toys". It freaking rules.
Not only do I think this is one of the best licensed video games ever made, but this game also laid the groundwork for Disney Infinity, which I thoroughly enjoyed.
