This one was as addictive as Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis. I loved playing every bit of it!

Although it's been quite a while since I last played Zoo Tycoon 2, the game still brings back fond memories of joy and excitement. As a child, I vividly remember the thrill of getting the new sea and dinosaur expansions and all that and exploring all the additional features they brought to the game.

the best game i have ever played in my life

This game is a peculiar one, it rose and fell right before the dawn of over bloated, over saturated pay as you go sims. Though unlike it's counterparts Zoo Tycoon 2 (alongside it's expansions) provide what is ultimately a rich and rewarding experience for both new & seasoned as well as young and old gamers.

Who would i be without putting thousands of hours into this at age 8 or whatever. Nothing. I would be the dirt and mud. I can still recite all of the biomes in alphabetical order.

Played this game well over a decade ago. Very fond memories of letting animals loose to attack people. Good times.

Everything was perfect, except for the animals/npcs getting frustrating on occassion

funny story actually, when i was the wee age of 6 i was in dance classes after school, one day a week, and to reward myself after practice, i would play this game or the sims, and just ough... nostalgia

So amazingly fun! The Jeep tours are my favorite part. Can get frustrating when the guests complain about lack of trash cans or bathrooms when there are plenty, and then they throw their trash on the ground right next to the trash can.

the expansion packs with the marine animals and dinosaurs were so cool!

It still has an active modding community as of 2020 and boy oh boy do i love animal doll house game
