gauntlet but annoying as fuck to look at. either play it on an emulator or don't at all
I can't believe this game is actually pretty decent. It's essentially an arcadey twin sick shooter where you navigate a series of mazes and instead of a life meter you have... time. If you get hit your time goes down. Luckily there's stuff everywhere to replenish it.
The final Area and final boss are a pain in the ass but otherwise I think it's pretty manageable, you can beat it in about an hour. Probably less if you know what you're doing.

It`s ok, i don`t know if it is actually the best virtual boy game cause i`ve never played any other virtual boy game and also,i don`t care. The first dungeon is fine but the rest range from annoying to frustrating, probably never replaying this game ever, but it`s ok for what it`s worth.

Jack Bros genuinely surprised me. It is sorta used as a meme in the smt community so I assumed this game wouldn't be anything all that great. But instead, I found a fun, well-designed twin-stick shooter which was challenging but fair. I fully recommend you try it.
