awesome conclusion to the dark seeker saga that's loaded with well executed fanservice. some worlds are more straightforward than others, and critical mode should've been out on launch, but despite that this is still a stellar game

Best part of this game is the fan-service. Hanging with Goofy and Donald while you go to various Disney locations is pure joy. However, when the fan-service starts to lose its novelty, the games cracks really start to show. The story is as always confusing. Not to mention the story fails to really engage the audience as it is without a satisfying resolution or reason for Sora to be visiting all these Disney worlds in the first place. The combat while cool at first when you're doing all these team attacks with Disney characters and going on theme park rides, begins to feel repetitive and unrewarding as time goes on. A lot of the worlds also vary wildly in quality, with incredible worlds like "The Caribbean" being held back by worlds such as "Arendelle". If you're a fan of Kingdom Hearts, this is still a Kingdom Hearts game and honestly you'll still probably enjoy it. But if you aren't, I wouldn't give it a buy.

best worlds in the series and also it has remind, checkmate atheists

After more than a decade trapped in the weeds, Kingdom Hearts III manages to pull the franchise's mechanics and story together into a cohesive and fun experience which capitalizes well on what came before and manages to salvage some of what was stuck in the mud.

I need to write a long reverie for this game for real so this is a place holder

The new worlds and abilities are fun, but I still feel this is the weakest episode in the main trilogy, and the story is crazy complex for any newcomers.

I already very much enjoyed this game when I played it on launch, but the ReMind DLC secured it as my favorite entry in the series. The added Critical Mode, along with new abilities and keyblades with new forms made the combat feel more engaging than the series has ever been, and the new Data Organization bosses in the Limit Cut episode are an incredibly fun challenge. The final superboss is amazing as well and serves as an interesting setup for the story's continuation.

Mickey Mouse has a microwave hallway sequence

I give this game 9 nomuras out of 10!!!

Inject this shit straight into my veins

Masterful conclusion to Xehanort Saga. Nomura is a genius but also the combat pales in comparison to KH2FM. ReMind fixes some of that but Osaka team still has some catching up to do. But whatever they do next I'm excited

Fantastic! Really fun and a phenomenal pay-off for those who have stuck with the series all these years.

best playing kh game also has the best story, a lot of the problems i had with the previous kh games arent present here. gameplay never gets boring or too easy (played on critical) and the worlds have great integration with the square stuff. the world design isnt that great though and they could have had some better choices.

i wasn't as disappointed in this game as some others were but i didn't love it either. cool ending though

this is the greatest game ever made and no ones gonna tell me otherwise

Was a little disappointed by the gameplay, and the dialogue is cringy as fuck.

mickey mouse paga por fin por sus crímenes de guerra

The culmination of the entire series is a major flop in my eyes. The story was wack, Sora's character development thrown out the window, all the plot points Nomura was finally bored with was just deus ex machina'd. What a letdown, absolutely ensured I don't fall for any other games in the series after this game.

Gameplay was okay, I wish it wasn't BBS though.

I played like half of it and dug it severely. Hella good combat, good Disney worlds, looks fukken stunning. Only stopped playing due to my terrible brain getting distracted. Will go back, soonish. Also the soundtrack in this and the DLC is so good, oh my god.

Love these characters a lot.

Michael Mouse Microwave Scene made me go "YEAH, GO, YOU RAT. BE THE KING". Waiting to play the harder difficulties on PS5 because I am impatient like a child.

This game is such a lovely game. At first I wasn't sure if this was gonna be satisfying after the years of build up it had, but after 30 minutes of playing it I realized that I was playing Kingdom Hearts to have a fun time, not to criticize it. And I did have a great time. Seeing Sora explore huge Disney worlds with so much things to do was such a delight. Whether it was searching for the cleverly placed Hidden Mickeys, to trying the fun little Chef minigame to facing off with the Flantastic Seven, it was so neat.
The combat is definitely my favorite in the series. Combining some of the best mechanics of each system and including Keyblade switching so we can play with some of our favorites was such a good idea. I even got to appreciate the combat so much more in the Remind DLC, which was awesome.
When it comes to the story, I think it was pretty good. I really liked seeing the different perspectives as we were progressing through the story. Neat seeing what Riku and Kairi were doing as we moved from Disney worlds. Also liked how the Worlds would resonate with Sora in some way. Protecting the people that matter to you, seeing how much you're willing to do for the people you love, Sora witnessed that and I don't know I felt like he was maturing more and more which made me feel more connected to him.
I won't say much about the ending, but I thought it was cool. The foreshadowing the game did was well done and the emotions I felt were strong. As expected of a Kingdom Hearts game.
As for Remind...I can't really discuss it without posting spoilers, which I don't feel like doing, so I'm just going to say that I'm beyond excited for the next entry to the series.

Kamige, best game in the series, takes the best parts from nearly every game, very big brained story with lots of good theming.

Too big brain for people to enjoy.

Not as good as KH2 in terms of combat depth, but still a really fun ride. Has the best Disney worlds.

Kingdom hearts the third (13th)

Really wasn't worth the journey of playing all the previous games in my opinion.

A scattershot and (somehow) unearned finale coupled with terrible pacing ruined a lot of this for me.

But the level design is definitely the strongest in the series and it's one of the most visually impressive games I've ever played.
