rebecca gooners and and people that have more watch-time than playtime will gaslight you into thinking this game was always good. i still remember when this was supposed to be deus ex + witcher 3 or something. why the fuck did i trust the devs or the witcher franchise? the fucking reddit action rpg that got panned on launch for having a shit storyline and combat? i dunno man, but hey, it's not good!
Years after its infamous release, it's safe to say this game is has gained a respectful position by now. I had high hopes, having seen how well received it is nowadays, and I'm glad it didn't let me down. Beautiful world building, engaging story, well executed action, dynamic gameplay, and in some cases attention to detail. Sadly, I can't overlook the problems it still carries from launch that either are noticeable or have affected my playthrough in some cases
This game is actually amazing and could be amongst my favourites of all time. It had a great come back after its disastrous launch and is now a must play game. Story is really good and the gameplay it fun. The game still has some bugs here and there and sometimes the story game be confusing back it doesn’t ruin the experience!
Remember buying this game on release day. Day after my birthday) and I was so excited to play it. Played for a couple of hours and thouht it was gonna melt my ps4. Never touched it again. That was until 2022 when the game went on sale for $25 dollars. Bought it an finally played through it, now it's one of my favorite open world RPGs of all time. Comeback of the century may I add.
Incredible. I loved the setting, the story, and the characters. Ran a solo pistol build with Dex's Plan B pistol max body, tech, and cool with a 4 in intelligence and a 7 in dexterity. Still gotta play the DLC but I'm 60 hours into the game and I haven't finished it. I still have content left to do. Truly a phenomenal game.
an epic comeback of a game, however it can still be seen that it's a little rough around the edges in terms of it's endings and side characters endings. WAKE THE FUCK UP SAMURAI.
one of the most atmospheric games I've ever played.
Also has a great story, yet fails to enact an intriguing and thoughtful ending with any of it's 5.
