What makes this better than the 3DS version is the customization. I can only with that they remake Tomodachi life with this customization system.

I'm choosing to review the Switch version even though I've only played the original to completion, as this is the version most people know of and talk about. For the fantastic additions to customization this version adds, it's balanced out by an online service that I refuse to pay for, so the score stays the same.

Playing this game for the first time was one of the fondest memories I have with a video game, I'd waited weeks for it to arrive in the mail and when it finally arrived in the mailbox I screamed. Popped it straight into my 3DS and had a blast from start to finish, this is the goofiest game I've ever played and it does its absolute best with that goofiness.

I'm a big fan of Tomodachi Life as well, but attaching a goal to that same creative freedom elevates it to a whole 'nother level in my opinion. I love how independently the characters act, it feels like you're an onlooker witnessing something rather than a puppeteer, which lends the game a really original and interesting feel.

The sense of community around the game, both through the many recurring random characters in the original, and people sharing their creations online for the Switch version, is also super wholesome. Overall, one of my favorite games of all time.

I really liked the original, and i like this one just a little bit more.

No, I don't have over 100 hours in this game. Why do you ask?

honestly if you want to know how i feel about my game just go find my kirby return to dreamland deluxe review because its basically the same deal LOL

First game was a classic, absolute underrated masterpiece.
This one is a remake with a FEW features, though the game still hits so well. Making your family and friends is unbelieveable fun. 5/5 nostalgia moment.

Extremely fun little rhomp that I think is worth playing even if you played the 3DS version.

Genuinely one of my favorite games of all time
