This is definitely a good KOF game, its got some pretty cool things that we havent seen in any other game like, boss challenges, custom songs from past games for stages, has some pretty good mod support as well. They even brought back K9999 from copyright limbo, under a new name, Krohnen Mcdougall...
Haven't played it much but the more I play this I fall in love w/ it, amazing gameplay and best KOF roster, and most content for a KOF game. Not the most diverse KOF in terms of character feel but it's up there, which I was surprised by w/ how big the roster is and what seems like the homogenization of chars in many modern FGs. I just want to play it more but it's hard to do w/ the terrible matchmaking.
Also fuck SNK's shitty marketing for being a massive contributor to it becoming a discord fighter early, this is the best modern FG to me and makes me hopeful for the future seeing as it's not even a current gen game.

I am dog at this game but hoo boy is it fun to play.
The fight system is KOF for sure. I just can’t vibe with the graphics, dull stage designs and bland music. I still play this often but would rather be playing the older games.

this game is great, not much to say as it is pretty much bog standard for kof + it has rollback, rock solid game
