Every year I come back to play this game, and it never gets old. One of the greatest games of all time, the cultural impact it has had few games or sagas have. Immense, fun, with personality, the music, the cars, the characters. GTA San Andreas is the definition of a masterpiece.
peak childhood as well, seeing my cousins in el salvador play it and playing it with my family friend was so fun. but i have to play it on my own soon.

Very clearly the peak of the series. GTA 3 was cool for it's time, Vice city is Scarface but worse, 4 is too self serious and doesn't really say anything at the end of the day, and 5 just comes off as the entire studio was tired of the franchise at that point.
Apesar de alguns momentos onde a idade do jogo fica evidente, o jogo é perfeitamente jogável em tempos atuais, fornecendo a mesma experiência de joga-lo em sua plataforma inicial. A história é, com razão, considerada por muitos como a melhor da franquia, os personagens são memoráveis e o enredo simples o suficiente para ser lembrado, e marcante o suficiente pra não ser esquecido.
A gameplay é onde a franquia finalmente se encontrou, se em Vice City a franquia ainda ganhava forma tanto em gameplay quanto "feeling", aqui ela se encontrou, a identidade tão marcante dos jogos GTA só existe graças a San Andreas. Definitivamente um dos melhores do gênero

the attention to detail here is absolutely insane for a 20 year old game, just wish some missions werent actual dogshit and that cars didnt blow up after getting hit 3 times.

I got real tired of hearing about this game. Playing it was okay, but the missions were more annoying than Vice City. Good memes though.
Juegardo atemporal. Aguanta el paso del tiempo como si nada y aún entra en debate como el mejor GTA de momento. Es increible como Rockstar metio tanto contenido en un juego de PS2, que hasta RDR2 no lograron llegar a la misma escala.
