Emulate this on Dolphin with a HD texture pack, or use yuzu or ryujinx. Don't give nintendo $60 for literally the same exact game that runs at half the framerate as the original.

Very clearly the peak of the series. GTA 3 was cool for it's time, Vice city is Scarface but worse, 4 is too self serious and doesn't really say anything at the end of the day, and 5 just comes off as the entire studio was tired of the franchise at that point.

It actually makes all the sense in the world that Rockstar's magnum opus would be this game. The studio, known for their 20–30 hour penis joke series, can actually say something genuine and coherent now that they aren't hiding behind 2000s-era "irony." Surely 12 years and a whole console generation removed from the last entry of GTA 6 can continue this, right?
