This was my first ever Soulsborne game, and I wasn't really a fan of it, it just felt way too difficult and clunky for my liking. If you like it, more power to you, but this is just not my cup of tea.
I don't know, I just don't like dying at a boss and then having to go back to that boss in 15 minutes just to die again.

I think this is my favourite Fromsoft game. If it wasn't for the constant teleporting and the amount of blood-vial farming i had to go through when i was getting to grips with the combat system, i'd consider it perfect.
IT WOULD ALSO BE AMAZING TO PLAY IT ON PC, I DON'T KNOW, SONY? PLEASE? OH MY GOD??

Im divided on this game. Its aura is unmatched. The world is simply stunning despite being held back by constant frame drops and piss poor performance. The combat is stellar, but there is one caveat that nearly ruined this game for me. The healing system is an archaic and makes simple boss fights a chore simply by taking you away from the action to farm blood vials. While other Souls games enourage you to keep trying this game seems to be trying to stop you from actually enjoying the experience.
Simply put, this is the best game FromSoft has to offer. This game combines the peak of FromSoft storytelling with the peak of FromSoft gameplay. If it weren’t for this game being indefinitely trapped on the PS4, I’d recommend this game to anyone. Bloodborne consistently impresses with its aesthetics and lovecraftian storytelling, as well as its in depth and extremely challenging combat. Character builds are as complex as ever, weapons are powerful and varied, and the encounters with enemies and bosses provide a level of challenge that meets your power as a player and will always push you to play even better. I won’t lie, the game is hard as nails, but rising to the level the game expects from you provides a feeling of satisfaction that is nearly unmatched in any game I’ve ever played.
