One of the best SFs alongside III 3rd Strike.

I think this might be my favorite Street Fighter.

Really fun roster of characters with fun and solid sf gameplay. This game just feels a bit redundant though as other games in the series feel more solid and fun with more options like parries and selectable super arts.
