back in 2017 i was almost getting to the legendary arena, at the time it was the highest you could climb and it was the 11th arena of the game. i got there without putting a single penny into this game. when i went back to it in 2023, i felt like if i didn't buy a few chests to upgrade my deck i wouldn't be able to play. i stomped my way through the arenas until silent sanctuary, where my opponents had much stronger cards and i felt like the game wanted me to spend every dollar i had just to have a slight chance of winning. i refunded all the money i spent and i don't ever plan on playing this game again, it's just not worth the time or money.
