short and mostly sweet-- this is a great way to scratch your open world slop itch. its collectibles and content are condensed.. and you can wrap up the main quest in a few hours.

lately i've had a soft spot for this era. the frame rate seriously chugs and the responsiveness is spongy.. yet, it still manages to work itself out. you hold up on the d-pad to turn into a flurry of bats and steer a first person camera, fair enough.

everything is stupid, and it has a sense of immaturity seldom seen in current-day releases.. from the plot and writing to the ability to just suck the blood of everyone on the street with no recourse. fun and dumb, i had a satisfying play-through.
