I hate this, not for the complicated things i dont understand such as the term gacha, what scares me is how lonely adults obsess with this type of games and certain creepy mechanic from this one specificly.

The ring and marrying mechanic is the most disturbing and creepypasta tier thing ive ever seen, like, how many hundreds of dangerous weirdos have a fantasy were they marry me just they used that ring to get a png draw of me with a wedding dress.

I adquiared insomnia because of this thing and my papa Pepe is very angry for this type of things.

After playing it for around 3 months, I thought it was time to stop playing.

First of foremost, this is truly a wholesome game, I had a lot of fun discovering every pieces of fan-content brought into it, from the covers to the artworks, to discussing the game with its community, it made me glad to be a Touhou fan.

Now, while I like this game originally, I just can't recommend it in the end. This game reminds me of granblue fantasy, in the sense that you'll spend more time doing factory works, farming the same stages over and over, more than ten thousands times easily, doing the same things and feeling like you don't progress at all.

The problem is definitely the progression itself and how unnecessary grindy the game can feel, because the core gameplay is actually solid, it's a turn based rpg where you'll have to think and read how your characters and the ennemy characters works.

It's truly a shame, I wish I could have fun in this game but farming for days and months in order to reach a goal which doesn't seem to get closer as you play more is unbearable.

Tl;dr : Cool piece of concept, art and sound design but restrained by its genre, making it more of a grindfest than an actual game.

I played this for less than a week at launch before I uninstalled it. The story is neat on a conceptual level but kept boiling down to a poorly written costume party. Of course, the game would then try to sell you those costumes. My biggest sticking points were that the story cards had seemingly no effect on gameplay but they're all I regularly got from the gacha system. Even worse is that just with a few rudimentary upgrades on what characters I did have allowed me to power through all the content available at the time on the hardest difficulty without any... well, difficulty. Within days, I was 'playing' the game on 2x speed full-auto and after a while I realized that that's not me playing the game, that's the game playing itself.

I actively think less of ZUN as a developer knowing that he put his name to this and continues to put his name to it. I peek over at the game's GamePress page every so often and apparently, there hasn't been a substantial content update in a while but old characters in new skins are still up for grabs if you've got the coin.

Utterly shameless, utterly banal, utterly shit.

As a gacha game its good, great even! The pulls are very generous and plenty of events make getting your favorite easy, without breaking bank. Alternate outfits are also pretty good overall. A majority are tasteful, fun, and shy away from being bland pandering sex appeal (most of the time. I'm looking at you, Patchouli Knowledge's vacuum sealed ass)

As a Touhou game? This is awful dude. Almost every character is boiled down to their most basic, soulless fanon interpretations, the art is boring, and many characters are just not treated well. I'm not expecting a hyper-complex bullet hell in the gameplay department, but man is it brainless.

Overall I can't say I have a burning rage for this game as many others do, but I'm never impressed with it. They're cowards for not making Rinnosuke playable, btw.

o único gacha que me prendeu por mais de um mês. a arte e as músicas são muito boas e eu adoro que o jogo te obriga a criar uma personagem garota. você vai pra o mundo de touhou e as garotas mais legais da série fazem leve flerte com você. até agora é maravilhoso. mas aí você lembra que isso é um gacha, então a história tem um pacing horrível, todas as personagens que você ganha são estupidamente fortes ao ponto de trivializar os combates normais do jogo, enquanto as chefes especiais só podem ser derrotadas com versões de biquíni das personagens que são 9999% mais fortes que as que você tem. eles não param de fazer skins sem graças pra garotas que eu nunca vi na vida, enquanto as que eu quero se tornam impossíveis de pegar devido a quantidade de coisa que tem nesse jogo que só pode ser desbloqueada em loot boxes. achei que ia ficar aqui até poder me casar com a yuyuko mas falta 70 poeirinhas mágicas que só são dadas em ocasiões especiais (ou se você pagar lol) e eu tô cansada de logar nisso diariamente. eu sou uma mulher gay. mas até eu tenho limite
