Campanha: Possui uma historinha "Ok" sem muita profundidade e com um objetivo simples: Matar o Scrotus. Todas as missões da história são na base da troca de favores, são repetitivas e não muito longas. Os personagens não possuem lá muito carisma, então você acaba não ligando pra nenhum deles, até mesmo o protagonista. Em relação ao tempo da campanha principal, são poucas missões (são 16 ao todo se não me engano) então até que acaba rápido.

Sistema de armas e combate: O jogo possui um combate fluido e divertido, "CTRL+C e CTRL+V" dos jogos do Batman, mas como é um bom sistema, acho que valeu a cópia, além do mais, foi muito bem adaptado ao jogo e condiz com a atmosfera de Mad Max.

Bugs: Tem bastante pra um jogo que saiu em 2015, mas eu não me surpreendi tanto por ser um jogo da Warner.

Ambientação: O deserto, as explosões dos carros, as tempestades que ocorrem no mapa, o visual dos personagens e das construções, tornam a ambientação incrível e imersiva.

Gráficos: Muito bons.

Gameplay com o Carro: Muito boa e divertida, a estética e as armas do carro fazem jus a ambientação Frostpunk de Mad Max. Só uma ressalva, eu achei a sniper do carro meio inútil, já que da pra usar o arpão pra quase tudo.

Em geral o jogo é muito bom, as únicas coisas que pecam no jogo são a campanha e os bugs, mas os outros elementos fazem o jogo ser divertido, empolgante, bonito e viciante.

First played this back in 2015, just pushed through the story. Revisited now in 2023, and 100%'d it; the rich lore, collectible memoirs and scrap locations rae well thought, beautifully designed and simply the best representation of post-apocalypse in media to date.
The car combat is phenomenalally intuitive, the Arkham-style ground combat is highly theraputic, and the upgrade system for both vehicle and Max leaves you coming back for just a bit more each time.
Only critique is that there's never been a sequel.

Mad Max is nothing special.

It's a game with a solid foundation where both the vehicular combat and the world itself are the highest points of the game.

Unfortunately bogged down from a piss poor attempt at the Arkham & Middle Earth inspired melee combat system and the Ubisoft style of open world gameplay which is filled with tasks designed to slow the experience down to an absolute halt without adding any meaning or challenge.

This is ignoring the fact that everything that requires interaction has the lengthiest possible animation they could find.

This could have easily been a really solid 20-30 hour experience, but it's clear a lot of the effort went into filling the map with content.

If you absolutely love the world of Mad Max and doing busy-work in games, I highly recommend this game and if not, stay far far away from this.
