I didn't own a memory card for my PS1 so I just played this over and over from the beginning and never realized why I couldn't save

i replayed this as an adult after remembering it from my early childhood. there are a few quite tedious golden tickets to get and all for little payoff. i dont know what else i expected from a rugrats game though lmao
