Better than Sonic Advance 2, but not the first one! I like the pairs concept, but I find controlling one character the best.

Me gusta lo de poder llevar compañeros, es bastante unico este juego en ese sentido.

Amazing game, super fun with the team system that makes it very replayable, and the stages are good too.

Best sonic advance game because you team up with eggman

Only played the battle mode but like with Advance 2, I had a fun time.
Except for the stage with the slow moving platform you have to stand on the whole time, that one sucked. And there was another stage (either in this game or Advance 2, I can't remember) that I got lost in and couldn't figure out where to go. But that might've just been because of the hecticness of the battle mode. But yeah overall, it was a pretty enjoyable time
Like with Advance 2, I oughta play the whole game someday

I love this game. Why don't you!? It has a buddy system, select two characters and play as both of them simultaneously! Origins attempted that but it doesn't stand a chance against Cream the Rabbit, her pet chao "Cheese" and Miles "Tails" Prower strollin' through Route 99!

We need more 2D sonic games in this style.

Coming into this game I had a lot of hope. Sonic Advance 2 made significant inprovements on its predecessor and I was hoping that Sonic Advance 3 could do the same. Instead Sonic Advance 3 took away what I liked about Advance 2 and in its place is a partner mechanic where half of the combos feel awful and the worst level design in the entire trilogy. There's some fun to be had with this game but it just isn't worth it.

Best of the Advance trilogy. I remember listening to the soundtrack endlessly on long car journeys.

Another vague memory of playing this game, was fun doing the bonus stages and puzzles.

Foda :)

(Knuckles & Tails SUPREMACE)

Another game I was dreading with how often I heard about its "dimps" level design, and... another one I was pleasantly surprised with!

The level design certainly feels more bullshit than advance 2, but NOWHERE near the level of advance 1.

The character pairing mechanics are incredibly cute and fun to mess around with, the mixture of speed and traditional platforming reminds me of sonic 3 in the best ways, it's just a very good 2d sonic game!

Why they made the final level entirely an auto scroller, and the first level a menagerie of crushers and bottomless pits tho is just beyond me, that by itself docks half a star.

Best Sonic Game. No further comments.

The third in the trilogy of GBA games, and this one introduces the concept of creating pairs of characters. The first character is who you control, while the second one doesn’t just follow you around (like Tails in Sonic 2), but also alters your abilities, creating different ways to play the game. The only downside to this is that you unlock characters throughout the game, so you have less time to test out some of the combinations.

The levels in Sonic Advance 3 has some lovely themes, both in art style and music. Out of all the “Green Hill Zone-like” zones, Sunset Hill is probably my favourite, with a beautiful style and a great rendition of the original Green Hill Zone music. Toy Kingdom is also another lovely level.

For the most part, the levels are a ton of fun to play, with lots of alternative paths to discover. I also enjoy that the game isn’t afraid to take things slow every now and then (I still think slow moments like Marble Hill Zone in Sonic 1 are still important). There are some moments with blind jumps, and the gimmicks can be overused – a couple of times I wasn’t sure if I’d somehow gone backwards because I’d encounter a nearly identical part of the level.

Sonic Advance 3 is a very solid 2D Sonic game. The trilogy really does deserve to get re-released.

Sonic Advance 3 marks the end of Sonic's stay on the Game Boy Advance, and it tries its best to cater to both crowds. The crowd that liked Advance 1 and the crowd that liked Advance 2, as the level design feels like a mix of both.

And I want to start with that, the level design. The difficulty of this game kinda feels like a rollercoaster ride sometimes, as certain levels feel harder than later ones, like how I felt Route 99 (Zone 1) was harder than Sunset Hill (Zone 2). By the end, the game will challenge you a lot, and it feels like one of the harder Sonic games to beat, to be honest.

This game is also filled with beginner's traps at many points, kinda like the end of Advance 1, and it's no pretty getting crushed or falling off of a pit for 40th time... The game showers you in lives, if you explore the hubworlds at least, but I do wonder why even have a life system in the first place if you were gonna do that anyway.

I didn't feel like the level design was awful or anything, and I had more enjoyment here than in Advance 2, but it feels like there needed to be more fine-tuning.

There's also the partner system that this game brings. I stuck with Sonic & Tails throughout my adventure, because their super jump was awesome for getting to higher places, or if I fell off a particular area, I could try and get back to it. I've heard that there is a lot of experimentation involved to get a good combo, as some combinations are pretty good and others are mediocre.
But I do like that there are many combinations, and there's a lot of replay-value there.

Additionally, while I may be mixed on the level design, I absolutely love the places you go through! I love the variety of levels this game has, and the final level, Chaos Angel, looks great and is a very unique final level!
The soundtrack is also amazing and the visuals are gorgeous for the Game Boy Advance!

Even though the level design is a bit rocky, I can say I had more fun playing Advance 3 over Advance 2.
By the end of my Advance 2 run, I was relieved that it was finally over, while with Advance 3, I was smiling during the credits, because I felt content with the overall package, in spite of its flaws.

This game really feels like the end of an era for the Sonic series, as it was also the last time we got to hear the classic voice cast, such as Ryan Drummond, Scott Drier and Deem Bristow, who sadly passed away shortly after this game released. Rest in peace.

That staff roll music really feels like a bittersweet closure to everything that the series was around this time. Yes, it had some rocky moments and the game were flawed, but they brought so many memories to so many kids out there, and while I was too young to play this game when it came out, I'm glad to have experienced the Advance games, even in spite of their flaws.

So, in conclusion: Sonic Advance 3 may be a flawed game, but I had a good time with it.

least favorite game though i still like it, don't have much to say except the tag team is pretty cool and gemerl get introduced in this game

I had this game as a kid and could never get past the third world. I like the partner mechanic but for some reason I just think this game doesn't do it for me. I guess I just preferred the pick up and play nature of the first two games. I just feel like the hub world takes me out of it.

I dont remember much of this game other than FUCKING TWINKLE SNOW RUINING MY LIFE i could never complete the game because of that level

I should replay it better (preferibly on original hardware) because my god if in the Visual Boy Advance this feels unplayable.

I haven't met the final boss :c

'Sonic must reunite with his friends Cream, Knuckles, and Amy'....There is no bigger box office draw in gaming than Cream.

This is one of those games that exists, I played it, went "it was fine" and that's all I have to say

Emulador de Game Boy no celular gera bons momentos na escola

Another excellent entry in the trilogy, great level design with a balance of speed and platforming, however enemy placement and spike placement can be a bit frustrating especially in the later zones. Most bosses suck however the final and true final boss are great. The partner mechanic is excellent and the medal system is good, both adding replay value. The game looks visually great and the ost is pretty good too, especially the boss themes. Collecting 10 chao is decently fun, but grinding sp keys just for one chance at an unfair special stage (special stage 7) is not fun.

Overall, this is a great platformer and good follow up from Advance 2, although I see this game as equal with Advance 2.

88/100

Extremamente cansativo de se jogar.
