This is my review of tetris as a game in general, not this version although i did play this one a lot. Addicting. Fun. Despair inducing. Great gameplay loop and that is all it needs to be. Sunk a lot of hours on this block game.

I would occasionally open https://tetris.com/play-tetris/ to play this and at some point tried to outdo my highscores but by this point it's like there's an annoyance meter in my brain that fills after 2 or 3 minutes of playing that compels me to purposely lose out of boredom and quickly close the tab even if I'm not making mistakes.

A really high quality port of Tetris. plays great and even has some features lacking from other modern version of the game such as blocks changing in colour to let you know how much time you have before your tetrimo locks in place after making contact with the bottom of the stage.
