A really good life simulation game.
Fun to play!

I could spent lifetime in this game.

Amor eterno, zero defeitos, cadelinha de The Sims.

meu jogo favorito da vida. todas as histórias e tudo que eu fiz aqui não tem como se comparar a nada.

oo tempinho bom que não volta mais

the graphics have certainly aged but i still had my fun with this! likely won't return to it though with the sims 4 around now

In terms of pure freedom, this series nails it. The entire game plays in real time outside of your lot, you can customize the colors of everything in-game, and the sheer variety on offer is the biggest ever atop the excellent formula of TS2.

But tragically, it runs on spaghetti code that causes constant hangups on any computer. You NEED some game-fixing mods to play it, but it's well worth it to enjoy the most feature-rich series the whole franchise has to offer.

never really clicked with this one, Im a sims 2 / sims 4 girlie till the day I die

Good game, console controls are horrendous however

TS3 introduced me to the insane world of modding and I'll never forgive it for that

Rated for when it was new, had loads of DLCs as they came out. I can't go back to playing it now since the controll system and graphics feels outdated to me compared to the Sims 4.

this and 2 are so peak i just wish it had sims 4 customization

I would call this the best Sims game but it has so many performance issues that it can be a lot to deal with, especially on modern PCs (the better your PC the worse it is, yes really). But if you can get past that it can be some of the most addicting gameplay you will find.

Arguably one of my favourite memories out of gaming has been with The Sims 3. You see, when The Sims 2 was in its prime, I was a child. A child with concerns that were few and far between. A life that was simple and self-centered in maximizing my own enjoyment every single day. But as I got into The SIms 3, I was an adult. An adult who could no longer experience life as something I had full control over of. As an adult, I had to worry about my financial stability, maintaining my relationships with my social circles and depression. I'm sure that for many of us who have battled with our mental health, The Sims 3 probably was that game you sought out for comfort and serenity. There's so much content to even the base game, forget the expansions; Listen, if you really like the game, you'll buy the expansions. It's not a feeling of 'oh they're strong arming me into purchasing more content' as it is with the sequel. It's more so that, you feel that the game is already good enough as it is, and you can have some more, if you want. It's just such a beautiful game that looks at life and the limitless options of what roads a person can take. It doesn't restrict you from fulfilling your desires. The base game is a great entry point to the franchise if this is the type of game for your mental needs. I find myself always returning to The Sims 3, if I feel at a loss in life. After each time, while it's no magic trick, I can honestly say that I feel more at ease, in my own mind. A beautiful work of art, that to me, will probably never get old enough to where I can no longer enjoy it. I say this with all the love.

The baseline sims experience. Have your simulated monstrosity accidentally start a kitchen fire while making eggs and spend an in-game week curing their post arson depression.

I mean, it's The Sims. The Sims are ugly in this game, tho. Jesus Christ.

casinha home arruma casa faz um bbb com as celebredades ai queri ver

ugly as fuck with horrible load times but it was a huge part of my childhood

I wish I could make out with this game

E the sims 3 me ajudou a proteger minha pureza. 10/10 na proteção

I love it because to me it's like The Sims 2 on steroids

they dont make it like dis no more
